So once you hit “partner discount” it automatically applies it to every single item that’s typed in. You cant just pick one and apply it or not pick one and it won’t apply. So it would be impossible for one to be discounted and not another on the same order.

So say you got 3 drinks, as soon as they hit “partner discount/partner markout” it’ll automatically do 1 as markout and 2 at 30% off. You don’t hit it for each individual drink.

Honestly I’d ask your SM about it and see what they say?

You’re probably gonna have trouble getting a refund without a receipt, especially if you’re not asking immediately afterwards. Also if the discount was applied, it would apply to the whole order. You probably just didn’t get your free food item or possibly your free beverage. I would either let it go or get another food item at a different store.
