Good boots? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by canidieyet_
I usually alternate between my vans and my nonslip sketchers, but I really want a pair of boots I can wear every now and then too. The only ones I have are not in dress code unfortunately. So please recommend some boots that are super comfy and look nice!

doc martens r my favorite, i’m an avid collector not only for the style but the durability and comfy-ness is top notch. if price is ever an issue which they’re a tad up there, u can find some really nice ones secondhand online

i will never stop wearing my docs to work!! they are super non-slip and waterproof! so no matter what kind of gunk is on my shoes at the end of my shift, i can wipe it right off with a damp paper towel and then wear them out and about no prob!!! HIGHLY reccommend!!

I wear doc martens to work nearly everyday! They are wonderful because they go will with every outfit I have, are non-slip, and leather which means they can easily be cleaned. They’re really pricey tho so if you don’t wish to spend that much money, I’d say just get some cheap combat boots from target. They work and look great! One downside is that they most likely aren’t non-slip.

Doc martens are soooo worth it! They will get fucked up and sticky, so be prepared haha. Break them in before hand — it only took me two or three days of consistent walking to make them fit like a glove.

I would suggest redback boots they are super comfortable and good for standing long periods of time I normally wear those or my ariat work boots but that style isn't for everyone.

blundstones are great! nonslip and you can get black or brown. they're more expensive than docs but i think they're way worth it i think
