Oh I made this for myself for a little bit with a quad blond! Just the upside down con panna part though. I haven't made it recently but now that they've cut the vanilla in the whip I bet the vanilla bean powder would balance it out nicely.

shots should be pulled first and whip on top😬 same with a doppio macchiato- shots first and foam scooped on top

A dopio con panna is just 2 shots of espresso with whipped cream but then they asked for a triple (3 shots), 1 pack of raw sugar, and vanilla bean powder. They also wanted it upside down so you would put the whipped cream in first and then everything else
