Super rude customers (self.starbucksbaristas)

Has anyone else been dealing with just excessively rude customers lately? More so than usual I mean. I'm a 243 and I've seen my fair share of shitty customers, but I swear lately they're not even trying to be nice. Someone tried to order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink hot, and this was the conversation
"we cant make that drink hot but.."
"Just give it to me"
" *dumbfounded silence*"
Then my husband who also works at sbux, took over and I dont even know what he said because it was the third super rude customer we had had and it was only like 9am on Saturday.
This job really isnt worth the abuse we have to take from customers.

This lady who Mobile ordered and picked it up like 30 min later was like “excuse me every time I get my rfturkey it’s like cold in the middle. Like do you guys not feel it, can you like heat it twice as much or something?”
And I was like “we just press the button and go. We just...”
She hits me with “**well it’s common sense to heat it more when it’s cold as ice in the middle**. ***Right?***“
I hit her with the “well it’s common sense to not shove your fingers into someone’s food to check the temp. And also common knowledge Starbucks doesn’t make your food fresh, if you want that go to Macdonald’s” and she was like 😲😦😧🤯.
So I gave her a new one and she was on her way.
One co worker heard that and was like “goddamn you were spicy today.”
And I was like “we just press the button and go. We just...”

Today was the worst I’ve seen it. I think the ides of March are just fucking with everyone’s moods today. We had so many rude people back to back to back today it was nuts.
