Should I quit Starbucks? My manager literally drove me to this point. I was a barista for 2 years and got promoted and a shift supervisor. Now I’m 3 years into the company but my manager is so horrible towards me. She undermines all partners, makes them feel like crap and always gets her way. She thinks I’m a robot and expects me to have the store perfect when she walks in. What should I do?

Sounds like her opinion doesn’t matter- if you’re a good worker and she doesn’t let you transfer contact your DM

yeah don’t be worried about the manager speaking with other managers and blacklisting you. I don’t think she’d get away with that and it’s there’s so many starbucks and other options so she can’t know every single sm in the district
