I used the measurements in $1 from Seven Miles in my French press and it came out great—tastes nearly exactly like our Sbux cold brew (which I love) and I cant remember the beans I used but likely just some decent quality medium-dark roast from the grocery store! Have you tried any other beans though? I have yet to taste Anniversary but I’ve heard it’s a controversial one and a lot of people think it tastes gross. Could just be the beans.
