Y’all 6 people have quit in the past three days (including a shift supervisor and someone who’s been with the company for 14 years) without a two weeks and our DM is really gonna say there’s no problem with our management?? Meanwhile our SM is on vacation and left us to rot (self.starbucksbaristas)

Your SM keeps taking vacations too? Mines on their 10th since august starting next week. And we are all about to leave. I’ve never seen the general mood among the team this down.
