This may be shady but record the hoe. If a conversation seems like it will be uncomfortable record it. Send it to the DM as anonymous or provide it as evidence to your claims.
Edit: although, this could backfire and you may lose you job. I had some shitty SM before, transfer if it's easy. Better to have a job then nothing. Or at least use it while you search for something else

Could voice recordings even be used as evidence if they are recorded without permission ? Besides, try to pick up on gossip in a loud cafe isn’t the easiest task

I'd assume not, but if you haven't found someone to back you up about your claims i doubt you'll find one at this point. If your SM has it out for you, you'd lose your job anyways. They could lower your hours until you quit or put you in shitty roles till you exhaust yourself. Your up against a ladder- regular barista (who got promoted), shift, and SM. Its s lot easier to make you look like shit when 3 people are pointing fingers than vise versa. You could also scout the way they treat other coworkers and see if it's just you or not. Either way its win win. Gain a witness or gain evidence for a discrimination claim.

Do you know if there’s a way to force a SM to sign off on transfer paperwork ? I’ve worked for this other SM I mentioned, and I’ve worked for other SMs that can root for me. Im just afraid that I’d be fired before I could even get transferred

Try to talk to the SM of where you want to go, ask if they have shifts to fill in the mean time. Let your DM know of the situation and your solution. Set everything up quick, before your current SM gets wind of it you have the attention on you. Make sure your the first to let them know but they are the last in you plan to know. Also, ask to decrease the hours you work for them so you could focus on picking up shifts where you plan on going. The grass is always greener as a borrowed partner. Make sure your comfortable wherever you choose to transfer.
