I'm so sick of the lack of communication and staffing this company has. I'm so beyond sick of it.
Its finally warming up in the area I live/work in (aye like 60° today whoop) so ofc we're getting busier. Despite the very obvious spike in customers our DM wont allow more staffing on the schedule, so instead I get a million texts during the week being asked to come in early or stay late.

The problem is I'll have a manager ask if i can come in at 10 instead of 12, and I said no but I could do 11 because I have an appointment. Now a day later I'm receiving another message from a different manager saying "I know you said you could come in at 10 but can you do 9 instead?" when I never even said I could do 10!

I'm trying to excuse it for lack of communication and just overall being busy but I seriously am so mad.
