why do my mastrena 2s hate me??! (self.starbucksbaristas)

okay so i know i’m not the only one who’s struggling with the new machines. why. won’t. they. just. pull. good. shots. is there anything i can do at all? it makes me miss being able to adjust the grind setting on the old machines, where at least i had the illusion of control over my shot quality.

the shots pull perfectly, ive never had any issues with it buttt if there's something wrong you can recalibrate the machine by pulling 5 double shots so hit the double shot five times. also a star should appear on the thing where you choose blonde, espresso, and decaf. if it doesn't then yea there's something wrong just recalibrate it and if not try looking into the manual. hope you get this issue resolved :)

We recalibrate the machine constantly throughout the day and have had multiple people maintenance them in the four months we have had them. I’ve seen a lot of people post on here how frustrated they are with them so I was hoping people might have found some other things that help keep them running smoothly. Thanks for the tip though:)

Its been troubling you for four months?!?!?! Throw the machine away at this point LOL hopefully someone found the answer, but dont worry once its fixed the mastrena 2 are much easier work its amazing.

yes i actually love the look and the user friendliness!! but i wish ours just were nicer to me heheh
