The amount of people I have to remind to put on a mask has skyrocketed and I live in California. They don’t care anymore. Some old Karen came in told me she’s vaccinated so it’s fine. How the fuck do I know you’re not lying? Put on a mask you hag.

My state lifted it a long time ago and I still enforce the mask mandate. Luckily the county that I live in the mayor still has a mask mandate in place so a good amount of people still wear mask but we get those people who aren’t wearing one and all the baristas I work with let them know they need to have a mask.

my state just lifted it but our district manager received so many complaints from customers about my coworkers and i “infringing on their rights” and the usual “i have a health condition” we are no longer allowed to enforce the mask policy, my sm has been recorded and yelled multiple times😬

Texas SSV here. I’ve drilled it into my partners that everyone needs to have a mask, or they can use the drive thru. Period.
