Need help with the Starbucks schedule website (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have been trying to access my schedule for the past two days with no luck. I’m not working today which leaves me clueless as to when the next time I am working is without my schedule. I’m not sure what to do as my password is correct. It just tells me to contact the enterprise help desk. Wondering if any baristas have advice for this?

I’d suggest calling your store and asking about the schedule - then try to get on the site during your next shift on the store devices

I’ve been working there for almost 4 months so I’m roughly new but I have been able to access my schedule online up until 2-3 days ago. I’m not sure why but the enterprise desk was unable to help me

starbucks has an internal app called sbuxhours. you have to download an app to download the starbucks app for this. i’ll see if I can find a picture. if not, it should be in your store somewhere
