i think the stand out hits are the size and hot or iced. bc boy, do i hate saying that 10x in a row during an order of multiple drinks...you can even say SM, M, L just tell me what size for each one GOD!! everything else is a little arbitrary. i dont care if people get fraps it’s inevitable and we cant stop them from wanting them. overall this was a cute video and i hope some customers learned we dont hate them we just want the process easier for us both !!

I saw a tiktok of a barista talking about things a customer could do to make it easier and the comments were mostly people saying "ill order my drink how I want" and "its not a customers job to make your job easier" and it was so frustrating like people don't realize if label printers aren't working or if you we have to label the cup we can't start until we know the size and if it's hot or iced. Like if a customer makes the order process longer, the longer its gonna take them to get their drinks.

these are great but i’d like to add: if youre in the drive-thru, and you’re a passenger, HAVE THE DRIVER SAY YOUR ORDER PLS i can’t hear you from the passenger seat 😭and pls check the order screen to make sure your order is correct so we can make it right the first
time.

I don’t always hate making fraps. It mostly gets annoying during peak or when there are a ton in a row and they’re all different but if we’re slow they give me something to do.
