My crew and I work for a licensed retailer. We just got notice today, from our manager, that we won’t be receiving our yearly performance-based raises this year. Understandably, business was very hard for my retailer this past year, and they’re cutting corners where they can. This includes our yearly raises. I just love my team so much and they’re such hard workers. I would love to do something for my fellow baristas to show them how much I love working with them and appreciate how much I love coming to work because I know my crew is amazing. Does anyone have any ideas that I could steal? ♥️♥️♥️
