I was given a survey every time I called HR about not getting paid for 2 months. Every time I sent a loaded one in, I got an automated response saying someone would contact me to follow up. Never happened.

I wish franchises got this survey, we get absolutely hammered by new expectations. As smaller businesses we are not properly spaced or staffed for things they decide to implement

This is actually a different survey. In my inbox it’s titled “2021 Retail Partner Experience Survey” it’s more in depth than the weekly pulse survey.

Yes please do, corporate really does want to hear from you. The average response rate they get is about 5% and they’re really making an effort to get partners to participate so they can make meaningful change for partners.

Being a licensed store team member kind of sucks but reach out to your DM for information. I like that partners think that we work for the store that has a license when in fact we have double the work. Not only do we answer to all store management but also to a Starbucks DM, RM etc.
