hazard / catastrophic pay experience? (self.starbucksbaristas)

hey guys. one of my partners contracted covid, and I worked with the people she worked with on her last shift, so I have to isolate for 10 days. I was scheduled for 33 hours in the next 10 days and my manager said i’d still get paid but idk how much it would be? I really need some help because money is right now and I can’t afford to miss payments.

That’s happened to me twice and both times I was paid for the shifts in their entirety

You should be paid in full for any scheduled shifts. If for some reason your isolation has to go beyond the posted schedule it will be based on your average number of hours.
