If you come back to see this (I see that whatever you chose, you're at work already now), make sure that you logged your start time in the book at the time you arrived to get the product, use the off-site code as the reason. You did work for Starbucks before you arrived at Starbucks. If you clocked in normally, write the note in the book for your manager to override your punched start time.

I usually pick up the stuff before my shift so I can be at work during the time I was scheduled

Try to be there at 9 for the right floor coverage, but write in the punch log what time you started doing sbux stuff (if the other store is on your way, I’d say when you get there is when your time started, if it’s out of your way, I’d say when you leave your house is when your time started - but check with your SSV)

Ask your ssv. You should probably get to your store at 9 but I could guess if you were late they wouldn’t be very mad anyway because you’re doing work business.
