when the morning shift (you) leaves at noon during a saturday when it’s crazy busy and you realize every single barista coming in for the afternoon shift is newer than 3 months… the only tenured partner there will be the shift. pray for them.

i felt this heavily considering the fact that i'm that pm SSV with a crew full of green beans and minors 😭 all the other tenured partners are in the am with the SSV who barely does the bare minimum 😭😭😭

See Sunday’s I just love but only because we do clean play Sunday and close early. So overall 10/10 day. Love my cleanplays

Yeah on Saturday and Sunday we close an hour and a half earlier so on Sunday’s we close at 6:00pm and have clean play till 8:30 pm. Literally the dream as my last store did it on a Tuesday night until 11:30 pm

Lucky! We close at 10:30, 10:00 on Sundays, with clean play till 12:00.

My store is almost the same! We close 10pm every day of the week and our Clean Play can easily pass 1am. We have a new SM who is wanting to help the Clean Play nights get out sooner, like midnight (thank god for her). It's been working so far!

Sounds exactly like my store lmao. We have a 14 year shift at night that has to deal with all the clueless, not properly trained green beans.
