i use a mix of acrylic paint, sharpies, stickers, and a clear varnish over it for protection!

One of my stores had a myriad of chalk markers and a lot of colorful ones so I’ve used a bunch of colorful ones and then gone over it with nail polish topcoat to seal it, but recently I just painted my s/o’s name tag with just some acrylic paint. If you have plenty of name tags to spare, whatever you prefer I guess. Sorry I’m probably not the most helpful 😩

I didn’t realize sharpies would show up! Do you paint a base layer with nail polish first then sharpie or use metallic paint ish sharpies?

i used a pink glittery nail polish (a few coats to make it opaque) and then a clear coat, then a few coats of black sharpie and i’ve had it for like 8 months and it’s stayed perfectly!
