Anyone mind posting recipe card for Venti Oatmilk Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Would be much appreciated. Not to copy, but because I'm a bodybuilder and super specific about quantities of everything I ingest 😅

We aren’t allowed to post internal documents. The app will tell you the quantity of everything in each size.

The recipe:

Shots are Tall- 2 Grande -3 Venti- 4

Brown Sugar Syrup pumps are T- 3 G- 4 V- 6 (correct me if I’m wrong) These are half pumps.

Tall/Grande/Venti scoop ice

and then shaken with 1-2 shakes of cinnamon powder and a splash of oat milk on top :)

Adding that the syrup pumps are half-dose :) and ice should be according to appropriate cup size ice measure line on the shaker rather than the ice scoop

I didn’t even notice the scoop thing, we make so many venti shaken drinks at my store I automatically think venti scoop of ice!

You are wrong. It’s 1-2-3 on the syrups. The shaken espressos are totally non standard builds. The plain shaken espressos are 2-2-3 on classic syrup and the chocolate malt are 2-3-4 on scoops. All are 2-3-4 on espresso shots.

I said 3,4,6 because they’re half pumps. So 6 half pumps=3 full pumps. I just forgot to clarify whether they were full or half pumps on my post

It’s 3/4/6 because your brown sugar syrup should only have a half-dose pump on it, not a full-dose pump. Also your classic should have a half-dose pump now too if you have two classic bottles, and the pumps for classic in the Shaken Espresso are 3/4/6 as well.

Ah that makes sense. Well then you’re both technically correct! Being that most of us have the half-dose the recipe card does say 3/4/6 but as long as you’re halving your pumps it’s fine.
