Date dot for dark caramel? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi this is probably a dumb question, but how far out do we date dot for the dark caramel? I was looking at one of the guides someone posted on here, but couldn’t figure out if the dark caramel should be dated for two weeks (if it’s considered a sauce) or for a month (if it’s considered a syrup). Anyone know?

2 weeks, I’m actually confused as to why anyone thought it was a syrup. It even says “dark caramel sauce.”
But I digress;
Sauces are always thick,
syrups are always the thinner flavors, like your vanilla, caramel, etc.

There should be a list somewhere in your store that says how long things are good for. You can find it on the partner hub as well
