Look at the Starbucks mission statement. The most important things my store manager was looking for was how I did under pressure, if I could work fast pace, if I'd be able to learn fast, if I worked well with others, and if my personality was customer friendly. They'll probably want to know about times you were in a stressful situation or had a rude or difficult customer and how you dealt with it.

A question that threw me off a little so think of an example of a time you’ve received and given effective critical feedback

Be real. Look at the company values and talk that up. Talk about any customer service experience you’d had before and really talk to how you like interacting with customers, even if you don’t. Management at Starbucks is ALL over making customer connections. So during my interview, I spoke to the fact I’ve had previous customer service experience and how I always made sure to make customers feel warm, comfortable, and really seen.
