Hey, I work at a corporate Starbucks and recently my hours have been dropping a lot, my SM says she is “trying something new” with coverage. But with the hours I’m getting right now I will be struggling to pay bills if this keeps up, I don’t really want to get a second job as I’m also doing school full time. But if I have to then I have to. I don’t really want to start a whole new job somewhere else or go through the transfer process because I do really like my team, but I was wondering if I could apply and work at some licensed Starbucks in the area (like a tarbucks or on in a grocery store), or would that be a conflict of interest.
