Rude Customer, What Else? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Woman comes in for a mobile order consisting of an Iced Caramel Macchiato with coconut milk, light ice, and extra drizzle. She looks unhappy with her drink and states, "There is too much caramel on the sides of the cup, can you fix this?"
"Sure," I say" I just have to remake the drink. But letting you know, if you mobile order, the extra caramel is going to end up on the sides of the cup." She leaves her cup on the counter while waiting for her re-make. I add a tall scoop of ice to her grande cup, fulfilling the light ice obligation, and hand her the drink again. She still looks unhappy again, "Is this light ice?"
"Yes. I put in a tall scoop of ice in your grande cup." She asks for an empty cup and I comply. While I'm making other drinks, she messily proceeds to remove the ice from her drink, put in in a seperate cup, to show me how much ice there was.
"This isn't light ice." Leaving two filthy cups for me to clean up. Customers are ruder by the day, I'm glad I'm leaving in a week.
