Dude for real. Our SM is relatively new and was an outside hire so sometimes she’s frustrating to work with. Our CC scores were higher before she joined but our GM said it was because we were becoming lazy. But every time she’s out of town, our scores magically increase.🤷‍♀️

our SM gets more customer complaints than anyone else.. but she is somehow qualified to oversee the store and tell us to connect better.

Yoooo this happened when our SM was on vacation for two weeks we went up consistently then plateaued when she came back.

This made my week 💚
