Why do people post reviews that have no common sense lol (self.starbucksbaristas)

Today I decided to check out my stores reviews, cause we had to close early for the weekend cause our night crew had to go on iso.
So, I look at the reviews and someone said “closed at 1pm on a Sunday for no reason pretty much wanted a day off horrible service never come here”
Like, I’m sorry? We were open in the morning and our drive through was also open till 1:30. It’s kinda astounding to me that someone assumed we closed early cause we wanted a day off. I’m not sure if he was expecting people who had been there since 6am or earlier to work 8+ hours? Idk but some people really annoy me when they say stuff like that.

I had someone in drive through yesterday get annoyed and tell me “we’ve been using Covid as the watch word for months now!” When I said we couldn’t do something because of it.

earlier in the year when we had to quarantine because a partner had covid someone wrote a review about us not being open at 8 am.......like, lets connect the dots.

A store near me closed for a while because of covid and there were so many reviews about how they closed because an espresso machine was always broken or because the staff sucked and needed to be retrained. It's fascinating what people think workplaces are like and why they theorize we might be closed.

i was looking up store reviews around us, and on of them had a review that was like "randomly closed for no reason. you can't just close because you don't feel like working!" like... i promise you that's not how it works. use ur noggin.
