Hey yall

I have been with the company for about one year. However I came back from covid leave. Since getting to my new store I have been treated really poorly by the manager and another coworker. The worst part is I have disclosed several times that I have disabilities and mental and physical health conditions. I continue to be talked down to, berated, and constantly criticized by these two. My old store was pretty poorly run, but I had never been talked to or treated in such a way since transferring after my return from COVID LOA.

I was wondering what is the best way to file a complaint about treatment? Which avenue should I start with? General partner resources or would this be legal and ethics issues?


Thanks so much in advance! I really need to do something about this, showing up to work has become something I dread and I hate knowing I will likely be berated or insulted almost every day in some way by these assholes.
