first day as DTO (self.starbucksbaristas)

today was my first day from 3-5 (not a long time) as DTO, and let me tell you.... that was stressful. ive been at starbucks for about 3 weeks now, i’ve usually been working AM shifts with someone else with me but today we were understaffed & i was trying to be a true player. we were so busy and i was so nervous talking to people at drive and at window
but i am so proud of me because we made it through with some minor hiccups, i have mad props to everyone who can do DTO and literally everything else, can’t believe that that is one part of the job and i still have to learn hot and cold bar, doing that this week tho they said :) so wish me luck😭🙏🏼

I started recently and I hate DTO/DTR. Having to make small talk with people (especially when you can tell they don't want to talk sometimes) is so stressful. The problem is that I worked DTR/DTO on a shift with my boss and he says I did a good job and he wants me there more often :,)
