hi! you’re gonna do great for your opening shift! so like you mentioned. turning that alarm off is your first step and check you and your baristas in! Count your safe and make sure it’s to par. Count all of your tills and make sure they are all to par as well. Count your milks, do your fridge temps, and begin your opening tasks as usual. i’m probably forgetting a thing or two but that’s just the basics.
