I mean yeah you’re not allowed to have any bracelets or things like that on your arms. Honestly arm warmers seem like kind of a grey area because you’re allowed to wear long sleeves for example and that’s not really different. But it’s all gonna depend on what the store manager thinks at the end of the day so if you end up getting the job you might want to sit down and have a frank conversation with your manager (if you’re comfortable with that of course) and explain your situation and why you want to wear them

Yeah, jewelry (which is an accessory) that is frequently worn and gather tons of bacteria is discouraged. Arm sleeves are still clothing items. As also stated, you can wear long sleeves sooo. The sleeves not being already sewn to a shirt is not a sound enough reason deny them as articles of clothing. I mean you can even wear scarfs and hats--those do nothing but get in the way.
(as also still stated) Just ask your SM if you are really worried. As long as they are not a monster, the worst that would happen would be you are told not to wear them again, lol.
