How much more of a raise do shift supervisor visors get ?

not a supervisor here- but i've heard anywhere from $2 raise to a $4 raise. i think it can depend on your area as well. but i'm interested to see the responses !!

i'm a california barista as well and i make 14.50! i'm going to talk to my manager about promoting in the next couple days so i'll let you know if there's any updates lmao

I was $9.34 as a barista and got bumped to $11.13 as a shift (pre wage increase) I’m now at 12.70 (after wage increase) and I’m in wisconsin

Supervisor here in Florida, baristas start at $10.90 an hour and supervisors at $12.90. That it after the raise they did company-wide.

East coast - baristas start at $11 and some change, I only got a $1 raise when I got promoted (otherwise known as not enough) and with the raise my payrate is $12.70

Illinois here! Baristas get paid like $11.50/hr and ssv starts at $14.61/hr. I hired in as a SSV in February ☺️
