Are we allowed to use cold brew or nitro cold brew as a Frappuccino base?

It used to be a thing for baristas to use some cold brew over frap roast, but I haven't heard about it in a while. And never nitro. I also don't believe this was available to customers

I personally love doing it, but not for customers, only because theres no way to ring it up. I wouldn't mind as long as the manager approved

I have a lady that comes in on a fairly regular base and subs uncut cold brew for her fraps instead of the frap roast
