I’ve been a partner for about 5 months and so far they have
• accused me of lying about a family member having covid
•asked me not to take time off to get tested and asked if I “really” needed to get tested for covid
•asked why I was on unemployment before I was hired
•last minute told me to stay an extra two hours here and there
•pressed about my personal life then continued to accuse me of lying when a family member was in the hospital
•generally barely respects my availability
They excuse all these behaviors by saying because starbucks is like family I need to do them “favors” and they press about my personal issues because they “care” and then continue to use anything I tell them in confidence after they’ve dragged it out of me as something to use against me in the work place.
When can I transfer?

That sounds awful :/ pretty sure you can put in a transfer request after 6 months traditionally, I definitely know quite a few who transferred sooner though.

The six month transfer is a guideline, not a rule. Call your DM immediately and talk. This is gross and toxic behavior, get out now.
