Hey y’all, I was just wondering what’s the process for a previous barista to get rehired and is there anything we can do to facilitate the process. Thanks in advance!

Old SM here. We would look at your app, see you were a precious employee and call PCC. Depending on how you left the company will decide if they call you to set up an interview. When we let people go, or if they quit we have to write notes about what happened and decide if they’re re-hireable (with reason).

I took the option to separate back in June. Do you believe this will negatively effect me?
