Anyone else extremely tired of people ordering cold foam on a beverage and having no clue what cold foam actually is? I had a customer today who ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino with cold foam on top. Like, really?

Didn't check the manual but did some googling, and I'll be damned - lol I genuinely can't remember the last time I had someone order a regular cold foam so at least I haven't been making it wrong for people, lol.

omg i feel you like some people ordering it on a hot drink? or during peak when you are already running around like a chicken got its head cut off im so sick of cold foam :(

I’ve put it on hot drinks too! Do people realize it’s just going to melt? It’s better to just add whip cream and not pay the $1 extra for cold foam.
