Are there really no performances based raises AT ALL? Like, do I have to wait the six months/Nov. Oct.? I am considering transferring stores if this is the case because my store is high volume and my mental is not doing well for being paid so little. For context, I am a partner of three months but have experience in food industry and have caught on rather quick, and I am never one to ask for raises.

as far as i know, raises only happen if you get promoted, or the slight yearly raises

yeah. they have no incentive to give raises because everyone is so quickly replaceable.

i work at a location inside a kroger and we receive 50 cent raises (from kroger) after every year of working there, but i’ve never heard of freestanding locations doing that
