My store only has two SSVs. No ASM. My SM has been working 10+ hour days just to help the SSVs have a lighter workload (they’re both very close to graduating college with bachelors). Worst part? Most of our staff is just newer partners (myself included) and don’t have what it takes to be an SSV right now
AND we only have a total of 5 people available to work nights..only 3 of those 5 can close bc the other two are minors 🙃
Yet our DM is asking about why our CC score isn’t meeting expectations 🙄

Sending you good vibes my friend. Your SM needs to get some hiring done tho. Remeber that its not your issue, and to not over exert yourself because of your stores lack of people. Don't kill yourself for this job because at the end of the day we are all replaceable.

Wowowowow I relate so much just know that you’re not the only one 😭 I’m an opening shift and the only other opener quit with no notice, she already didn’t work weekends at all so I haven’t had a weekend off in months.

We have this same thing going on, no ASM and young partners, but our SM doesn’t help out <3 Love it
