I agree (she says it’s because having all the berries just makes it too overpowering, I guess). But I read something on here the other day about how sbux has cultivated an environment where their customers feel entitled to their bold requests because they feel they have the power to get mad at you if you don’t make it correctly, like “the other Starbucks down the street does.” Would never happen at a local coffee shop. I think it’s just the aura of entitlement the company has created for itself, man. Because sbux is like the fast food of coffee, the drinks technically should be the same everywhere someone goes, like you’d find at a McDonald’s etc. And then people get mad when it’s not.

Also, they just have some deep stuff going on in their personal life if being rude/entitled to a random stranger who works at Starbucks is normal for them
