It still boggles my mind how it's ONLY the fucking chocolate chip cookies that will catch fire. and like it's not the cookie itself but the paper. but you'd also think if it were going to catch fire it would be from like??? a greasy ass grilled cheese that cooks for way longer than a goddamn cookie?!? it makes me so mad because i feel like i'm the only person in my store who questions why it's ONLY THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES AND NOTHING ELSE

Yep. Had a lady order a warmed cookie. Warming partner opened the oven and it was on fire. It was the last cookie rip. (she accepted a brownie, but told us not to worry about warming it up lmao)

I'm always amazed at what does and doens't catch on fire. I once left a bacon gouda in the oven for an hour by accident and it was fine. Well, not fine so much as a charcoal brick, but no fire.

Ive never had a cookie but I did have a brownie catch fire. Shit was terrifying.
