Oh! And if it had the cold foam it was probably an iced beverage so if that’s what you like make sure to specify otherwise it will be made hot. And don’t hesitate to ask the baristas to tell you what it is or explain the build/make up to you or even explain what you want and have them repeat back to you what it’s called. If it’s really delicious you can even ask them to write down what it’s called / how to order. We all really want the customer to be happy and are happy ourselves when a customer is very pleased with what they get so they would be happy to do that for you. I’m happy to help through here! Oh no I don’t mean the cold foam (although it is delicious!) I just mean that espresso alone is only the strong shots of coffee. A latte, cappuccino, and a flat white are all a cup of hot milk with the shots of strong coffee mixed in.

If you’re curious about different drinks and what is in them, I highly suggest downloading the Starbucks app. You can look through drinks and when you click on them you will be able to see what milk, coffee, and flavored syrups/sauces are in them. And if you mobile order from the app once finding a beverage that sounds tasty, it will save your recent purchases and you can see what you’ve had in the past and play around with it to change and try new things in the future!
