I work at a license store that opened in January, I came to this job from a target Starbucks where I was a barista trainer and worked there for two years. When I was hired I wasn’t out on as a trainer which is whatever but what makes me mad is my boss just promoted someone who came to this job with no previous experience to a barista trainer and I’m really not happy because I bust my ass for this job and am kinda offended he didn’t pick me given my previous experience and instead promoted a girl who sits on her phone all day and asked ME for help on drinks all the time. I want to bring up my frustrations to him without coming across bad because I don’t understand why he didn’t promote me after all the praise he gives me. sos.
