I’m a 140****, my numbers are older than my store manager and I’m the oldest numbers in my store. I have had an off and on relationship with Starbucks for years. She always catches me when I need support. She is messy but I love her.

Oh yeah, we have a 6-digit-er at our store! Everyone always goes to take their numbers for mark-outs & waits for a 7th # to drop....... ;)

My mother worked when I was born all the way up to a district manager, and now I started almost a year ago from 116-290 and I have a sister who is a shift 208. Starbucks is a legacy in our family

I’m a 144****, 14 years of continuous employment, except for that time when i broke my leg at work and had to take 6 weeks off with work comp. we have 1 partner with six digit 290*** who took several leaves. SM started same time as me but left and came back. One barista 143**** who is a few months older than me and has been continuous as well

I think the oldest partner I met was one who worked for like a little over 20 years and they had 6 digits. But in my store the oldest partner started with 180

I'm an "hourly" partner myself so no disrespect intended. Just pointing out that all the folks in my area that I know of who have been here long enough to have 6 digit #s are salaried (SM and above). The people who work in the stores (IMO) are the most important in the company.

I’m a 165! There’s a partner at my store who’s a 17, but he only works one day a week. Everyone else is a 2, and most of them are 28. Worked for Sbux from ‘09-‘14, came back recently to go to school. I think some of the newer partners didn’t realize numbers went back that far. I get some weird looks.

Fun random thing- my husband was also a partner and our numbers are only 185 digits apart.
