This is a throwaway cause my main acct has my name but I just wanted to tell a story as my first post in general. there’s this regular that comes through and she’s super sweet and very fun to talk to. she comes in and i find out it’s her birthday and i wished her a happy birthday and continued on and then we get a call and she called to say that i make her day better and that seeing me puts a smile on her face. That literally made my whole shift and it’s like 99% of customers can be alright but that 1% just makes the job that much more worth it :) okay that’s all
