Damn, you were interviewed? I never had an interview lol- my SM was just like "You wanna be a trainer?" and I was like "yes, please" and she was like "cool I'll schedule the online training into the next week"

I’ve only been here at Starbucks for a couple of months, and she’s planning to make me a SV when I turn 18 in May so everything will happen after eachother. So idk if that changes anything?

Expect to be able to lead the conversation as if you were training them most good SMs will have you lead them a role i chose my favorite role as customer support (4 steps i was constantly scheduled as CS) so expect to show your leadership skills! Good luck you got this!

Its going to be the same route infact on your partner hub you can find the barista trainer interview questions by searching for just that. They never go off script from those questions
