I feel your pain my dude...We had a 6 person deployment this Sunday- down 2 people, and all around short-staffed for this time of year. About 80% of cafe customers were fighting us over the mask mandate and continued to complain over wait times even though the Cafe order partner was warning them before the transaction even started that it would be about 10 minutes wait.

Called DM and they shut mobiles down for only an hour. We "didn't make enough money the day prior" for them to close Cafe. We made 7k from 5:30a-2p since closers are quarantined from an exposure. They also forced openers to stay till 4pm. Fun times.

Would've been better to close Cafe and keep mobiles on in my opinion, (the company would've made more money instead of customers leaving or requesting refunds, and the baristas would've been less stressed out by constantly being harassed) but I'm just a lowly barista so what do I know?

I’ve worked a Sunday peak alone with my SSV. Drive, cafe and mobiles. There were tears.
