Does anyone else go to mark out something you’re out of and the app still allows people to order it?? Bc I’m so tired of marking out , ex. strawberry açaí and get 6 mobile orders for strawberry açaí refreshers and pink drinks 😕

They've probably favorited those drinks; for some reason the app developers don't think it's necessary for customers' favorites to be in any way affected by actual ingredient availability or if we even sell it anymore

Yeah tagging on to that, we still get orders for things with the brûlée topping because it’s saved to their favorites even though the drink has been gone for months. It is an oversight by the developers I believe.

Yup. This was really fun during the shortages when every I wasn’t allowed to turn off mobiles and every drink had something I was out of. Got screamed at by basically every customer because they already paid 6-7$ for their drink that I can’t even make.
Fix the app and let us properly mark out everything in the store. I don’t care if we’re not supposed to run out of vanilla, I have multiple times now.

Hot take I also wish you couldn't get like mugs, impulse items, etc. on mobile bc I consistently don't have it and the refund process is a MESS

In our case what I’ve learned is that if we mark out let’s say, peach juice, it won’t allow them to order a peach green tea. But it will allow them to order a green tea and ADD peach juice.

You can still order stuff that’s marked out for some reason- it says it’s unavailable but let’s you add it
