You can wear one, according to the official dress code, and as many Starbucks ones as you’d like. Technically it should be for an work appropriate organization you support, but some managers are more lax than others. I wear a pin with a quote from The Office now, but my old manager let us wear as many as we wanted, and the one before that didn’t let us wear any fun ones. It really depends.

Yes, but not technically this one. But, (like fukin everything) ymmv because a lot of the dress code vagueness is up to your manager’s/DM’s discretion.
