Ex-partner, 256xxxx. There is a new bux under construction near my house, no signs out confirming its a sbux, but I checked the development company's website which confirmed it for me.
Does anybody have experience with new stores and how far in advance will they start hiring? Thx.

usually the other SM’s in the district will hire a few partners each. I would check in with the closest store & talk to that SM about hiring. Usually I would want to hire about 2.5/3 months prior to a new store opening.

I know on multiple occasions that while new stores are opening, my store and other open locations nearby will pre-hire and train some partners to send to the store once it's officially open. Try asking surrounding Sbux if they know anything about it and try expressing interest to them!
