As everyone else has said, there’s definitely a supply chain problem. But also your drink contains two of the most popular drink components (from my stores perspective). Just to give some insight here, on our last truck, we received 7 cases (42 containers of the juice) of strawberry açaí. We sold through three of those cases (18 containers) that same day.

The entire supply chain is out of whack because of the ice storms. There are still distribution centers pushing orders weeks out. Everyone is playing catch up. Also sbux just launched a bunch of new oatmilk drinks so they're running out quickly and can't keep up with the demand.

About the oat, there was a recall due to quality issues. I think it's back though

Not sure where you're located but the Texas snowstorm created a ripple effect of item shortages for the past month and a half in my area.
