Was looking at how many vacation hours I’ve accumulated in the 1.5+ year I’ve been a partner..... and I only have ~9 hours......

I believe you only start accumulating vacation hours after a year with the company.

How do you check this? When I try I think I'm in the wrong spot because it says I have nothing even though I'm a partner of 2 and 1/2 years and I've never used any 😭

In partner info on your pay statements! There’s a link on the partner hub that takes you to a separate screen.

1-3 year partners only get 1 vacation hour per 52 hours worked so I’m guessing you work about 18 hours a week?

Nope! I work about 30 hours a week.
